Domaine d’Auriac is a family-run Relais & Châteaux hotel in Carcassonne, with a tradition of hospitality spanning more than 50 years. Its story is closely linked to Bernard Rigaudis, his love of cooking and winemaking, and his attachment to the Aude region.
