The Domaine d’Auriac – Relais & Châteaux, a 5-star hotel in Carcassonne, welcomes your meetings, seminars and corporate events in a setting that is both inspiring and fully functional.
Between parks, ancient beams and elegant lounges, every space is designed to combine focus, comfort and serenity.
Our 4 rooms
In the main house, the Blue and Red lounges can accommodate up to 12 participants for your small meetings, while the Charlemagne Room, the former Abbey cellar, with its historic vaulted ceilings, can host up to 25 people in an exceptional setting.
Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi and can be arranged to suit your needs.
For your larger seminars, the former Auriac Granary has been transformed into a modern and bright conference room. Spanning 110 m², it can accommodate up to 80 people, with a video projector, large screen, and modular tables and chairs.
Its terrace, opening onto the three-hundred-year-old park, invites relaxation and informal discussions in an environment conducive to creativity and team building.
Meals, breaks, and cocktails are custom-designed by our team, reflecting the spirit of the house: local cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and a convivial atmosphere.

Is the Domaine available for a wedding?
The Domaine d’Auriac is perfectly suited to intimate weddings and receptions within its 5-hectare park. Partial or full privatisation is available, with gastronomic catering designed by Chef Philippe Deschamps.

Corporate seminars, professional meetings, cocktail receptions, gala dinners, weddings, anniversary celebrations and private events. With a 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant, a bistrot and an 18-hole golf course, it is a complete venue for events of every kind.

Are there stay + restaurant packages?
Several packages combine a night or a stay at the Domaine with dinner at Restaurant Bernard Rigaudis or the Bistrot d’Auriac. Available on direct booking and can be personalised. Contact us to build the stay that is right for you.
