The Bistrot
Since 2003, the Bistrot d’Auriac, overlooking the first tee of the Domaine d’Auriac’s golf course, has offered a warm and flavourful cuisine celebrating the local produce of the Aude region.
In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, every meal becomes a moment of simple, authentic pleasure perfect for golfers and visitors seeking a delicious lunch or dinner in Carcassonne.

The Daily Slate
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by the daily Ardoise, inspired by the market and the seasons. In the evening, the menu revolves around the large fireplace, where fine cuts of meat are grilled to perfection, in a spirit that is both generous and traditional.
