To receive your gift voucher, please check with Reception.

  • All invitations must be fully paid in advance.
  • Our invitations are valid for one year from the purchase date.
  • These packages are not valid on public holidays or on closing days
    and are subject to availability.
  • To enjoy your gift voucher, please contact our Reservation Service by phone at + 33 (0)4 68 25 72 22, or by email at auriac@relaischateaux.com and indicate the type of gift voucher.
  • All vouchers are personal and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

This gift voucher can be used only one time. He can be accumulated with a reservation of room or meal so as to extend the length of the stay.
All costs related to the stay, not including the gift voucher, will be paid upon at the reception desk upon departure. Once the reservation made, it is not possible any more to cancel or to modify the dates of the stay, except particular case and within the limits of our availability.

This change must be made at the latest 1 week prior to the originally booked date.
In case of no presentation on the dates indicated on it, the gift voucher is considered as used.
